Rolex and James Bond
For those who enjoy Ian Fleming's actual books, the latest sequel - Trigger Mortis, by Anthony Horowitz 2015 - by far hews to the tone an writing style of Fleming himself.
The story takes place following Goldfinger in 1957 and contains characters from that book as well as a new villain. The writing is superb, and in it Bond wears a Submariner (owned for 3 years), and one of the other characters wears an Omega Seamaster. The story moves along briskly and neatly captures the character of Bond as Fleming wrote him. I recommend the novel to those who liked the original 007 novels. |

Thanks for the tip John. I read the original series back in high school (not during class)... a long long time ago.
