Help! Rolex 6238 with caliber 72A

Hello! This is the first time when i post on this forum, and i hope someone can elucidate me.
I just bought an rolex 6238 serial number 120xxxx....from what i read is from 1965, the movement is signed 72A. I search on the internet and everywere say that is the predecesor of the 72B that was lunched on 1966. This mean that the movement is corect for the 1965 perioud. I can't find pictures of a movement exactly like mine are a total of 15 pics and that are 722 or 72B.

I attach pics with my movement2.jpg

I have not found a 6238 without the 72B or 722 movement.
