Sub V GMT bracelet.

What is the difference between the Sub (hulk) bracelet & the GMT ?. Is it just the Brushed look ?. I know there is the glide lock on the Sub, I know that difference.

My GMT is 2012 & Hulk is 2015 models. Each time I put on my Sub , the bracelet feels a bit lighter & "wobbles" a bit at the top. Not sure if I can upload a video to show that wobble.

If they are both the same then I will learn to live with it but don't want it to be a fault..

Yeah true. Are they the same at the watch head end ?. They look the same but move differently.

Holding the watch head at 3-9 position letting bracelet hang it "wobbles" more on my sub than GMT.

I guess I'll get used to it..

Maybe it's the length you've set the glide lock at?

No. If it's on largest or tightest Glidelock it still feels a bit wobbly.

It's hard to explain without a video.
The GMT bracelet feels a bit thicker than on the sub?.

Sub V GMT bracelet.

Not sure on my wrist size.

A better way to explain maybe is if the bar in the circle is too thin & when thumb on left side, for finger on right side you can wobble it left and right.

I feel if the bar in this section was thicker then it would feel more sturdy & not wobble as much. It's the same at 12 & 6 o'clock.

Edit :- it doesn't wobble in this section on my GMT , hence the question if the bracelets are different, metal, thickness, quality etc..

Maybe because of the thickness of the watch. The Sub is slightly thicker then the GMT

I think a little wobble is normal in a watch bracelet.

I know it's a bit of an apples and oranges comparison since you're talking about Rolex and I'm talking about an Omega, but an Omega Speedmaster had some wobble in the bracelet near the first link (right where your red circle is located). I took it in to Omega and they said it was completely normal and that everything was secure. Hope this helps.

I have the same feeling but always atributed it to the clasp lenght... Shorter means more lugs? More Wobbling? Are both watches the same age? Same use more or less?

More luggs means more to wobble? Not sure.... Dont think about it anymore...

Today I was holding a Daytona and the bracelet felt lighter and overal thinner than the GMT for instance, a completely differente feel. Dont know how I feel about it, I guess its all about how you feel and getting acustomed to it...

Is the Sub older? Could be a little "stretch" setting in.

Make sure the clasp is centered and wear it a bit higher on you're wrist

Sub V GMT bracelet.

It's fine when on my wrist. It just doesn't fee as good a quality as my GMT bracelet. Not just the PCL but the "wobble" too.
