Good question! Not all 76100 have lollipop or non-mercedes hands. I would guess, from what I have seen so far, that it goes half and half. No consistency to be found either, since throughout the production there were no designated years or serial numbers that had normal hands in comparison to the lollipop hands. I have seen several 65XXX serials that had the lollipop hands, and several 120xxx serials that didn't, but I wouldn't go that far as to say all the 65xxx had Lollipop and the others didn't.
