What's the next logical addition?

I am trying to build a fun and wearable collection. Nothing to sit in a safe or panic that I will damage and thus never worn. As a newbie I have the following and logic (may be a bit confused):

Annual Calendar Patek 5146G
World Time. Patek 5130G
Dual Time. Patek 5524G
Weekend Wear. Rolex 116655

The obvious is that most is white metal, no stainless steel and no basic movement. So sort of filled that gap with Journe Chrono Bleu ( arriving May).i will probably need a 5167 to properly fill that space or Submariner (never grew strong feeling for Nautilus)

Missing is a chronograph or a perpetual. I had a Daytona YG for 10 years and never used the function. So apart from aesthetics (ALS 1815 or Dato or PP 5070 is drool stuff) it's pretty useless from a functional perspective for me. A perpetual is just a very expensive annual I guess.

Is there another alternative that I hadn't thought of (obviously no tourbillon) unless you all paying.

I am not talking brand but function. It will be PP or ALS but guessing the latter

Minute Repeater? Of your choices I like the 5524.

A pity you’re restricting yourself to just two brands – there are plenty of others worthy of consideration.
But if you must have an ALS, then a Saxonia Big Date would be one option, or you may consider something a bit rarer…

Should you be more open minded about brands, then don’t dismiss at least this one…

For one, I do not understand the logic behind adding a 5167 or a Sub if you already have a YM.
In order to recenter your collection, you could add a 5164 in place of your 5524 and 116655... And open some funds for a fancy ALS.
If the 5524 is here to stay, then trade up your 5146 for a 5140 perpetual calendar and forget the 5167...

If a simple chrono is useless, then all you need is a split-second chrono...

I think the 5524 is going to get more weekend wear but I still need something for the pool and in SS hence 5167 or Sub. That would be at the expense of the YM.

Zeitwerk if your wrist can handle it.

For the water, a BP FF or UN blue Surf both in gold.

For an alarm, a JLC Navy Seals.

For an alarm in water, Breitling Emergency.

You could opt for an even more useless ALS Lange 1 Moonphase. Gorgeous piece, though.

That makes sense, I did not know that the YM was possibly on the chopping block!! ;)

More than gorgeous!!
Interestingly, I was looking at the PT model because of my typical inclination away from yellow gold, but the more I think about it and the more I love the color combo and the warmth of gold hues...

Love the idea of a Zeitwerk but my wrists are like little sticks!! An alarm is a good idea.

Not quite yet. I like the watch a lot and when you think that its marginally more expensive than a 5167 (and its PM) and significantly cheaper than a 5167R it does feel like a bargain despite the obvious horror of the price.
