Explorer I 14270 bracelet weight

Was driving from work and saw an pawn shop and decided to stop and see what watches they had.

Saw a Explorer I 14270 they had and I checked it out. I was shocked by how light the bracelet was. Seemed like a counterfeit bracelet had all the right markings but it was too light I have dealt with Airking, oyster perpetual, yachtmaster and daytona bracelets before any they were much heavier.

is it natural for a bracelet for to be that light? Any insights from Explorer I 14270 owners?
