We may be at the mtn cabin skiing, but that doesn't mean dinner has to suck!

First pizza cooks on my Primo ceramic grill and OMG, why did I wait so long? The wood fire taste really come through and at 450F the crust / toppings came out great. Did two regular ones with dough from Whole Foods and one gluten free (the middle one). I had andouille sausage, sundried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, baby bellas, roasted garlic, mozzarella, and ricotta on mine.

Pizzas look amazing!

Please tell me, how do you get the dough from the work surface to the ceramic plate without it sticking or breaking?

Thanks. I also started an 18 hour pulled pork smoke tonight and Mother Nature has decided to add a winter element to it.

Thanks guys. The Pulled Pork 4-ways is a plate I entered on a BBQ forum for an "appetizers" challenge. I also plan to do a mixed ABT platter with some crab stuffed jalapeños wrapped in bacon and some mixed (red, yellow orange) mini peppers stuffed with chorizo and queso fresco.

Wind chill here tonight is to be -20 degrees so comfort food is in order! Homemade Stromboli with salami, sweet honey ham, pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, provolone cheese, ricotta cheese, onions and peppers. Yummah! It's in the oven right now. 🍴

Looks good Tim. Granted, it's 82 here at the moment so it might be grilling time for me.
