TT GMT II C all day, every day over the TT Sub. In fact, if I won a TT Sub - I'd just not bother putting it on, sell it BNIB and put the cash towards a TT GMT II C. Not that the TT Sub isn't a nice watch - I just much prefer the GMT II C. Harry |

Neither the TT Blue Sub nor the TT Black Sub can compare to the GMT TT IIC.
The design of the new GMT case, bezel, bracelet with easy link, clasp and movement is far superior.

The face and bezel of the GMT is too busy and too much bling.
The sub is classic, stylish and simple I chose the Sub when they were side by side (TT Black) Choose to match your personality as debating which watch looks best is like debating what art is th best.... as Monty Python said, I don't know art but I know what I like. |

The case is clear cut for me. The GMTII suits TT, from its pedigree as a 'Pilots watch' where as the Sub is a more 'working class tool' watch..... The situation only deteriorates when you then mention Blusey..... now there is a perfect TT watch..... but not really one to be stuffed round a diving suit (though i fully respect those who do!) I think it depends what you want to reflect in yourself? For me, if its TT, its Blusey, GMT II, or best still Root Beer, if its SS its Sub or GMT II, etither is great........which function will you use most? But if the choice is strictly 'tween, TT sub, black dial, or GMT II, no contest.... GMT II all the way!
