Keep the 111.... it is a must in every collection to have one Panerai.
Panerai and Rolex have worked together in the past so I think they blend well in any collection. |

I would say no. Not for a Milgauss. Other than having variety in your collection, I believe you'll also miss the wrist presence.
I went PAM-less once when I let go my 312 and even though I didn't miss the watch, I missed the masculine and rugged look of Panerai. I was dreading inside and half a year later, I saw the 000 at the AD. Without hesitation I bought it and now I can say it's definitely a keeper. |

I would do it for a Sub but not for a Milgaus.
I miss my Pam sometimes.

A used 111 is worth significantly less than any Milgauss, so from a pure financial play it's a good one. I have both and love both, and it would be hard for me to choose a favorite.

My case is the opposite, I would like to make a change...I've had for three years a Sub 116610 and now I wanted to exchange it for a Panerai 111 |

I like the 111 better than the Milgauss.

I know opinions on the Milgauss differ a lot in here. But to me the Milgauss GV(black dial) is the most striking Rolex out there, my absolute favorite! However a Milgauss and a Pam111 compliment each other perfectly, especially if it has a white dial and brown leather strap.
So keep the Pam, and buy the Milgauss GV when your wallet allows it :) |

Don't...unless you do not wear the Pam
I traded my Pam 005 for a Rolex no date sub. I have a small wrist and I thought the Pam was too big. I never wore it. The sub is a better fit.
Same advice for you. If you like and wear the Pam, it diversifies your overly Rolex collection. If you don't wear the Pam, bye-bye. I like the newest Milgauss best, GV with a blue face. Have you seen it? |

I have one PAM (233) and I find that it compliments my Rolex watches extremely well. It's a good match. If it's your only PAM, I would hang on to it. If you haven't worn it in 6 months, then trade it..........but I would go for the green Milgauss. It's the only Milgauss I would consider
