Homecoming

Okay...so it's not as exciting as an "Incoming", but it's sure nice to have my Sub back home from servicing. And even with its tinny bezel, skinny lugs, puny crown guards, tiny lume plots and crappy bracelet and clasp...it still makes me smile 22 years later. Man I like this watch!

Looks great Ralph, just curious as to who did the service?

Thanks for all the kind words guys. Tim, ABC Watchwerks in LA did the work. I've used them before and their customer service continues to be first rate. Quoted me 8 week turn around and I had it back in 7. On a side note, it was the first and only service in 22 years, I know, bad me, was running about 15 seconds fast. Just checked it and it's +3 for 22 hours. That's more like it. All it needed was mainspring, seals, gaskets, pressure test and oil. They truly are workhorses! Now if I can get my BBR back from RSC all of the kids will be back home. Have a great weekend all, it's Rodeo Week in Tucson and I need to go polish my boots...if I can find them.
