Does this Daytona look fine?

I'm purchasing this Daytona from a TZ member.
The hands look black. I think it is because of the lighting.
What do you think?
The seller seems to be legit
anywhere other than watchnet we can check references?
I could not find reference on watchnet on this gentleman

so the black hour and second hands are artifact from the light, I assume.

It's hard to tell by these kinds of pictures - getting closeup pictures on the markers & winding stem would be the easiest way over the internet.
