Hi, I have this insert and it's missing a pearl. Is it authentic and if so what kind?

Looks like a Mark 3 but the 5 looks too skinny. Hard to see at this angle.
Is there such a thing as a kissing 4 on a service insert? |

Looks like a mid font to me too. I have seen them with kissing 4's before. Hard to tell by this pic.
