i reported it to E-Bay with a message that I am tempted to get Rolex, U.S.A. involved in this one as this guy in the feedback section had sold another fake for $14,000 and the guy did not get his money back. Horrible.

most definitly get them involved if possible.
I have an e-mail address for the head of ebay security terry if you want it,he can also contact the lawyer representing rolex about any leads too possible lawsuits,he did this once for me.
