^This. With a sub, I's suggest skipping the other dive watches to increase the variety. As my collection expands, I look for variety in color, style and brands.

All good contenders, and I am a huge fan of Tudor, but you already have a diver. I would go for an explorer ll polar 40mm. You can find them for around 4K, and in my opinion will complement your Sub really well, and has a GMT function.

Did you try on the Pelagos or are you just eyeballing it from pics online?
I have 6.5" wrists and mine fells and looks great on me.

I vote Pelagos from your list OP.

From your list the Explorer. You don't need another diver.

Any interest in a pre-loved 5 digit polar explorer II? For 4K That's the route I'd take to pair up with your sub.

Sage advice

The blue on the AK is absolutely gorgeous!

Easy choice...Pelagos Blue. Gives you a bright blue dial and date wheel. Perfect complement to your Sub no date.

Air-King 114200. The size and blue dial would perfectly compliment the Submariner.

Explorer 36 would also be a fantastic choice.

I love the BB 36 but when you could stretch to either Rolex, that's the way to go.

Thanks for all the responses guys. I also will look at the explorer 2 polar. There are quite a few options so I'm going to try some on. I have tried the pelagos on before in black so that's why I say I can pull it off.

I'll update when I make the decision.

I too have a similar size wrist and on me it wears big. The BBB wears smaller due to the case shape.

As others have mentioned, be sure to try on a Pelagos before buying. It wears larger (wider and thicker) than the spec numbers suggest. I have a wide/flat 6.75" wrist and think it wears too large on me.

Also, while a fully lumed bezel sounds like a good idea, I personally don't like it. It makes for a very cluttered look in the dark. I prefer the traditional single lumed dot/triangle at the top of the bezel. Again, be sure to look at it first (although I'm not sure how an AD would handle you wanting to look at the watch in the the dark.

All that being said, the Pelagos is a great watch.

Pelagos blue

Air king 114200 blue dial

Explorer 1 36mm

Tudor black bay, red, blue or black

Tudor black bay 36

What do you guys think? What would compliment my subc the best?

I really like the pelagos despite the case thickness. I can wear a 50 mm lug to lug so no problem there.

Explorer 1 36mm 😀
