Any one here knows any thing about this brand? All advices will be appreciated.I am looking at one of their Riviera line right now and the watch just has that "bling bling" loook to it.How does it compare to.....say...Tag or Omega?Regards.

more like a Tag. When I think of Baume & Mercier I also think of Raymond Weil. These brands advertise as high end fashion watches but then the price drop is what make it not that great. The resale value is a joke which is a clear sign of a watch that people dont really care for.

Baume makes pretty fashionable watches. Tag is probably a little better in terms of build quality but I think Omega tops those two brands.

They are good watches but i'm going to fully agree with what was said above by both for various reasons. Depending on you, if you know for sure the watch will be kept long term and it makes you happy then by all means do not hesitate. If you think you could likely be the type to sell a watch to make room for some more then it all depends.
