Daytona choc dial with leather strap in japan

I have a plan to go to japan the next couple months.

I've seen the daytona choc with leather strap on the 'housekihiroba' website.

This 116515 model makes me crazy.

The price of this one is Okay from the website compare with AD.

Especially after exclude the 8% VAT.

So, the question is...

This shop can be define as 'gray shop'. It's not an AD.

Do you guys have any experiences with this shop? Is it reliable?

The point is.......Is it worth?...to take risk with this gray and get that difference of the price.

Or.... Take no risk at all by get a rolex at the AD in Japan and get only 8%VAT excluded.

Thanks in advance,

This price is likely to be the cash price and not credit card. The price if you use a credit card is going to be a bit more (how much more I don't know for that particular watch)

I recently came back from Japan and purchased a GMT 2c 116710LN from them and the difference was 20,000 Yen between cash price and credit card price. They also wouldn't come down in price.

Their store is impressive (to me at least), they had hundreds of watches on display (new and used), if not thousands. Yes they are a gray dealer, and the chap who served us spoke little English.

for a BNIB piece, it was still stickered and it was only "11 days old" from the stamped date of purchase that was on the warranty card. I still have the stickers on mine.

For some reason they also give you 3 years warranty from their shop from date of purchase.

Any more questions feel free to ask.

I've bought several watches from Housekihiroba and will buy from them again. No issues whatsoever.
