Looks like a Rolex Date 15000 and close valuations aren't really done here - you can look at prices on eBay or Chrono25. It's north of $2000 if all is working and genuine.
The bracelet clasp appears to be a mid'70's model but the end links may be something else.

That's a ref 1500
A 15000 is the sapphire model which came about in 1989 or so

It's a 1500 Date model. 34mm and if all spot on worth around $2000
