Have an old Omega Constellation 18k face I think? with a leather wrist strap, my question is the face is all scratched, can I have the watch tuned up and replace the face to saphire crystal? also do they sell a leather strap that is Omega? seems when my dad replaced the strap he just used a regular leather strap. I would want the orig. omega strap.

Where can this be done, any watch maker with good skills (I know one, who replaced the crown on my Tag Heuer) or does it have to be an Omega dealer?

BTW... I was looking on ebay and saw a watch that looks exactly like it, it was listed as Constellation 18k I think. I think only the hour markers and watch arms are 18k right?

It's unknown, but unlikely that the crystal can be replaced by sapphire. I had very good results getting my Omega serviced by SwissService in LaGrange, IL. Call them to discuss:

There are a number of Omega Service Centers that can replace your crystal and get you a new Omega strap and buckle..
