UK AD Discount

Hi all,

Do any of you (in the UK) have experience of a discount on Breitling at AD

Some great looking watches, in my opinion, but struggle to pay Rolex prices at Breitling, given how much it will depreciate as soon as I leave the shop.

I would also add, I am buying to keep, and wear, not flip.

Thanks, in advance

Used iconic watches before, fairly good service, very good product.

Are AD's branded as pure Breitling offering discount?

Bought a Breitling from Goldsmiths in 2010, got 10% off no problem.

The fact is if you are gonna buy from an AD, no matter what discount it will still tank.

Look on trustpilot, there are a few other dealers like Iconic now with good reps.

Thanks all. I am going to do a bit more research in the watches of Mayfair, they are coming in cheaper than iconic.

Buy pre-owned and you can save about 30-50% off the new retail price. Let someone uninformed take that 1st big hit. After that the prices seem to cruise at a more or less steady level. Check out the"Trusted Sellers" here. You will save a lot compared to retail.

Agreed, with Breitling prices you are much better getting something used if you are prepared to wait for the right one. I've got 2 Navitimer B01 Limited Editions from 2010 with the see-through back, croc strap etc; both are in great condition (the later basically brand new) and both cost me half or less than what the original buyer paid. I'd never buy a Breitling from an AD.
