I didn't know that! Thanks for the thoughtful insights!

Why are you bringing up all these soap opera characters when the thread is about Magnum PI?

But since you asked, Thurston Howell III wore a Yacht-Master.

according to the experts, McGyver wore a Timex Field Watch (pre-Indiglo).

the pre-Indiglo factor is important to collectors & avid followers of his exploits...similar in regard as pre-luminova is to various Rolex collectors & vintage enthusiasts.

Magnum did not always wear a 1675

I did hear that, "Magnum always wore Magnums" but NO photographic proof, please!

Yes, I do believe that's a 5513 on his left (saluting) wrist, who else could get Andy Warhol to photograph him? The Merril Steubing Submariner and the Paul Newman Daytona, two of the greatest watches the world has ever known.

wondering...why does Batman (aka Bruce Wayne) wear a Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Grande Taille when he's got a Rolex named after him?

Please, someone, make it stop.

(And to be sure, that's simply Adam West, probably some time in the 80s, or even 90s, well after his turn at playing "Bruce Wayne")
