The 16623 retails for US$10000. It can be bought for as low as US$8500 from grey dealers in the States.

This is described as a new 'Z'. It looks ok but I don't know this seller and the converted price at today's rates is about US$5150. A good buy if it is a genuine sale.
IMHO the Rolex in the pix looks ok as do the accessories. I would have it checked out before parting with the $$$'s unless you know them well.
