I have set a side about $4,500 for an up and coming watch purchase. I have had my eye on the Tudor Pelagos Blue and Black Bay Red recently but wanted more suggestions and options before coming to a final conclusion. I'm open to other brands like Omega, Rolex, Seiko, etc. What are other options in the casual tool watch category within that price range?

You can pick up a nice Speedmaster 3570.50 with that budget.

I should have added to my original post my current collection. This already includes an Omega Speedmaster 3570.50, Rolex Explorer II 16570, and Seiko Sarb 017.

I have the pelagos. You can get it bnib from a trusted seller here in the 3500 range. Ad should be similar but you will play tax.

I'd look at the explorer 1, explorer 2 polar and a base panerai as well
