Is it just the lighting, or are some of the bolts not flush with the bezel on your AP?

Love the watch, the placing of T is so in keeping with the dial too.

Very nice. It was this watch which converted me to the Nautilus in the first place. I ended up with the 5712 1A, preferring the steel, blue dial and the price!

I think it's just the lighting, here is a photo taken just now under natural lighting.

Cheers mate! I love how subtle the T dial is, it blends in so well with the entire design.

I probably would have gone with the SS version if they had the T dial. Something about the T dial that speaks to me, it's subtle, it's a historical partnership and something that is quite out of the ordinary. The one on the 5712 is the most subtle and I like that about it.

Congrats Ed, awesome watch, usually I'm not a fan of co branding but here it's subtle enough to be nice, not always the case. Enjoy it it's a really cool watch, but I'm really biased towards the 5712, love the SS and RG, definitely my favorite and by far, the 5712 dial display is not for everyone, must say I kinda like this fact, anyways great catch.
You said you are wearing it with the rubber strap on a thread, when I had my 5726 on strap I also wore it with the rubber, I was feeling it was just nicer than the croc, I mean it's supposed to be a "sport" watch, sure it's no Rolex or ROO but still I find the rubber better fitting the strap Nautilus models.

Well I love both but do prefer the SS, because of the bracelet and blue dial, in a perfect world you need to have both, one for casual the other as dress watch.

Cheers Arnauld, you are right the 5712 dial is really an acquired taste, I came by a 5980 in SS a few days back but did not like the way the dial is laid out, I am sure many here would disagree, which is great! Imagine if we all had exactly the same taste.

I think you mentioned that you were getting the 5167/R, which is gorgeous, can't wait for the pics to come
