Looking for Service in Philadelphia Pa area
I am looking to service a 60s Sub which runs a bit slow, I wear it daily and some days its pretty well on time and some its up to 5 min slow,
I hear that there is a good guy in Allentown Pa, I just dont know who it is, I am just looking for basic service, No polish, No new crystal (Ill scratch it fast anyway) Any assistance or recommendations are appreciated. Thank you Peter B |

Can I really call them and ask for a recommendation?
Or should I use them? Ive got no problem calling them, And they are close enough I could just "Show up" to drop off or pick up, Ive never needed a service before so I am hesitant as Ive read the horror posts of new hands and the like, I just want it to run like new, Peter B |

Rolex is not likely to replace hands unless they tell you up-front and you pay for it, they don't give them away. Tell them what you want when you drop it off.

To add: a good local watchsmith could do it, hard part is finding that good local watchsmith, hopefully with years of working on vintage ;)
Keep in mind, value is when kept as close to original - but do what makes you happy.

A little late here. But I've used WatchDoctor.biz multiple times. He's in PA, forget which town. He's typically pretty quick and prices are reasonable. Hope this helps!
