Thoughts on this 5513 Sub?

I was watching this 5513 Sub when it sold for a little over $5k on ebay here: http://tinyurl.com/55ck4s

I corresponded with the seller during that sale who assured me it was legit but I ended up not bidding.

Now I see that it is up for sale again by the same seller here: http://tinyurl.com/5be9s7 without any mention of the first auction.

Additionally, the same watch was purported sold for $6400 on TZ here: http://forums.timezone.com/index.php...=3816033&rid=0 (the seller claimed the original buyer on TZ backed out of the deal in our correspondence).

Now someone on vintagerolexforums.com is saying the dial is "obviously fake".

What are your thoughts on this piece? Is it a fake?

Everything about the deal is saying "run away fast" but the watch looks so nice and the seller Wally seemed legit, left his phone number and everything...
