Are datejust quickset and non quickset dials the same? Can non quickset dials fit a quickset watch? thank you

No the dials are different because the locating pins on the back of the dials are positioned differently from the quick set to non-quick set models. Sorry

I have never seen a Rolex dial that looks polished on the back, is someone trying to sell you that? If so, walk away...huge red flag IMO.
