tihno seller reviews?

Has anyone any experience of dealing with a seller called tihno who contacted me via PM in response to my WTB on here?

Profile shows zero posts, joined in July 2016. Profile says location Miami but email says Arizona.

He's sent a good number of photographs of a 16760 I'm keen on buying and seems knowledge about it, but I'm concerned about lack of feedback. Can anyone help?

Avoid doing business with anyone who has just signed up and has zero posts.

Thanks guys. My head is saying the exact same thing. But my heart is crying out for a 16760 or 16710 on a jubilee bracelet in perfect condition and I'm really struggling to track one down. My dad's 70th isn't so far away now, so I'm getting worried about being able to find one to give him in time.
