I made lamb chops. They were delicious!
I didn't have the right food processor at the house, so my recipe changed up a bit.
All the excess Rosemary got brushed off before serving. This was all in a snap, but it was still juicy and full of flavor! (It was so good, I forgot to open the bottle of cab I had to pair) First pic is the quick marinate |

I would suggest a bottle of Syrah/Rhone, rather than cab, to pair with those. It's never failed me......
