Omega Adjustable clasp modification/swap

Hi guys!

I've been looking online to see whether the sm300's adjustable clasp would fit on any other models... Turns out it does! Planet ocean/speed master and seamaster pro 300!

Not seen any mention of this on here so thought I'd see if anyone has done it? How easy was it to get the new clasp? Supposedly you can order them from an Omega Boutique! Not too pricey either at under £100 from what I've read!

Here are some links...

I think all of the updated Seamster watches should have that on them. Love the watches but the one thing all of them lack is the above mentioned micro adjustment. We're all different as are dive suit thicknesses. Getting the perfect fit will be possible for you now!

I agree Omega should add this to all their models!
But I'm quite impressed that you seem to be able to retrofit this clasp and that you can buy it for very little directly from Omega. I'm really tempted to add this onto my smpc, just need to be 100% on part number and where's best to order in the UK.

From what I've read it should work on the 45mm PO

I have heard the same as well with regard to the 45mm PO.

I put this clasp on my 42mm PO and it is simply amazing now that I have the ability to finally make micro-adjustments!

Did you have any trouble swapping them over? I phoned the Omega Boutique in the Westfield centre this afternoon and ordered one, hopefully should get it in the next couple of weeks

Does anyone know what's required then? I'm not sure how it would work, I have an SM300 and the clasp is smaller than the clasp on the 45mm PO (not sure the exact measurement, but t he PO is 20mm at the clasp and the SM300 is definitely smaller).
