Does anyone have any information on this piece?

I've got nothing more then these photos to go off of. It was offered to me by a gentleman who runs an Estate Sale company I buy from time to time.

Any help would be great!

Unfortunately I don't have it in my possession, as these were the only photos sent to me. Anyone have a clue as to what it is?

No but I wouldn't buy such a piece, looks very small and old fashioned, but if that's your thing, and if it is a real Patek then why not
