Oyster braclet

The most beautiful braclet of any watch out there, IMO.

I've heard some people say they feel a bit lightweight, and flimsy (well the older ones) but I've never had a problem with them, and they've stood the test of time.Although the Watch will always be the star of the show, I can't help thinking they wouldn't look half as good if it wasn't for these beauties.

Anyone else agree?

A great bracelet to be sure. Most beautiful? Totally subjective. For a Rolex Professional, I agree with you completely. For a DJ, the Jubilee is my choice, and the President on a DD. Other brands (i.e. IWC) make amazing bracelets too, and the one of Fr John's Oris is also very nice!

I love the Jubilee too, I must say.I've never seen the President in the flesh, so can't comment there.Just that I saw a guy with a TT Sub on today, and when the sun caught the braclet, it had me thinking, this thing is a work of art.

I love my sub oyster. It feels so comfy and looks perfect. The only thing I would change is the clasp. Not that it isn't tough and reliable, I just like the newer clasp better. I'm fine with the lighter (some feel cheap) hollow middle links.
to the oyster.

No news to many here that I'm a jubilee fan. However, I must agree, the oyster is a great bracelet for all the reasons you stated. A classic design for sure.

I agree completely agree! I prefer the oysters as well, FWIW, I have an Oyster bracelet from 1972 that is showing almost no signs of stretch!

Probably going to get me lynched on here but of all the watch makers bracelets IWC IMO are the best, comfortable, durable, and the most aesthetic.

Omega's "Beads 'O Rice" are right up there.

But yeah, the Oyster is a fantastic bracelet.
