Alright. I've had this bottle for a while now. No idea where it came from or whether it's decent or not, past it's prime (if it ever had one) etc. couldn't find anything through google.
It's only three years younger than me!
Any information is appreciated!

On wine label:

'When we die everyone must leave something behind, my grandfather said. A son, a book, a painting, a house, a wall, a pair of shoes or a planted garden. Something that your hand touched in a special way, so your soul has a place to go when you die, and, when people see that tree or flower you planted, you will be there'

Simply...The Wine Thread

I few this week... Knights Valley always tasty! The Head Snapper Malbec is just a little light for my liking.

Thanks Leon.. They are as exciting to me as getting a FEDEX box with a nice watch sent to me overnight. The watch takes maybe 24 hours, the wines take 5 months lol I find the auction wines are cheaper during a time of year that they can't be delivered.

2013 Joesph Phelps Insignia is now at 200 a bottle and going up. (I got it for a little less)
2012 Insignia I was able to get at a bit less then 180 and that's gone up as well and mostly auction now but some online stores still have a bunch. Always call and ask for a coupon code or free shipping as a courtesy if your spending in excess of 1000

I was at Costco today and was drawn to this bottle because of the label. I drank it tonight with dinner and I really enjoyed it.

It doesn't look like this wine is available at my local Bevmo or Total Wine so I may go back to Costco and stock up on a few more bottles.

2012 40th Caymus prices have almost tripled since it first came out. .750

Liters are almost impossible to find except auction. I had one last year to try with dinner and gave one away as a gift. I have plenty left over I'm glad I stocked up. I have 2013 as well. Tasted much better then I thought it would.
