Rik Dietel awesome service again

My submariner lost power and basically stopped working 2 months before the expiration of the standard 1yr warranty for a normal service. I spoke to Rik and he said send the watch to him. He found a part bent that caused the issue. Despite not being able to clearly relate the issue to the previous service, Rik did the repair and air shipped the watch to me at no cost to me. Once again an awesome experience using Rik. Highly recommended.

Rik is a class act for sure. Glad to hear you got the watch issue resolved.

Cheers, Tim

Just had my baby in for Rik to do a full service and light refinish.

He did a great job and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him again.
