Never seen this brand??? before, I see they do Hulks and other Rolex/Tudors, I suppose they will call them homages as they use their own brand name.

in watch industry the patent is exclusive for 10 years and it is convenient for fame-rush watch makers to make their noise by replicating Nautilus. Actually a good thing for us because this makes original Nautilus time pieces and owners even more exclusive.
