Seadweller stolen in Miami South Beach serial A859646
Hi all, on my last night of a trip to Miami on a night out my SD was taken from my wrist without me realising. I think it happened in Mynt nightclub but I only noticed on my return to the hotel so cannot be sure but this was the only place people and noise would have allowed it to happen. I had it on a NATO strap. Just wanted to post the serial number here in case it helps someone avoid purchasing a stolen watch and may help it turn up for me.
I dn't want to go into details as I am pretty upset about it. They also managed to take a card out of my back pocket and withdraw cash multiple times. The bank is refunding that money but the watch is not insured - lesson learned. I bought the watch on here two years ago and never enjoyed a material item as much :-( Regards, Rohan |

Terrible news OP. Did you at least file a police report? Since you bought it here, post a link to the listing.

Hey Al - thanks, I did indeed and updated them with the serial number yesterday. I now need to make sure it goes on the Rolex database in case it goes in for a service. Thanks, Rohan

Maybe there is a picture from the ATM machine of them withdrawing cash, and could be the same perps that took the watch.

I imagine there will be - they took most of the money as purchases in Walgreens which enabled them to exceed the cash limit but there should be multiple CCTV of them and someone in the store must be complicit - I have informed police however they didn't seem too keen to investigate.

I didn't say they didn't have the PIN number - I just don't know when/how they got it. They needed it for the purchases too but couldn't take more cash as there is a daily limit.
