professonal opinion

what would you rather have for collectability or value a 1959-5512 rolex ub with gilt dial(very,very nice) or a very nice rolex 1665 double red sea dweller.brian

I have to say it depends on which "flavor" of 1665 it might be. If a PPDRSD no question. If some of the other types then the 5512.

im not sure ive seen some 5512 not as old as mine(59) 61-62 selling for $17-22 thousand but the drsd owners ask for alot $25-65 but really havent seen one bring that kind of money, except at antiqurom.(30-45)
