Hi all - I am looking at a preowned 5960 annual calendar chrono with breguet overcoil. I understand over time PP began introducing spiromax springs including the 5960. Does anyone know if Patek will (at my cost) upgrade change out the original breguet for the spiromax?

As i know an upgrade or change the spring to spiromax is not possible by patek.
