Conan Wears Black Milgauss?

Is this a black Milgauss on Conan O'Brian's wrist? Does Rolex make a model like this or is it an aftermarket modification like the one below?



It was from the 11/29/16 episode and is visible during the Bernie Sanders interview.

tough to say for sure it's a milgauss based on the picture posted. Clicked through the youtube video.


Seems like you can make out an orange shape lightning bolt hand.

Pretty cool if it is, I mean takes a watch enthusiast to buy a Rolex, much less a modified one. Conan has always been one of my favorite TV personalities, and a Milgauss matches his personality (maybe moreso, his hair)
