Another Incoming
On a whim, I purchased my first Cellini model - a mid-2000s 5116 Yellow Gold with Romans over the weekend and am patiently waiting for it to arrive. It has been discussed before, but I think it is interesting how little attention the Cellini line gets from collectors. I understand the resale is bad - but that worked fine for me as a buyer! Plus I plan to keep this one for awhile. What do you guys think about this one, or the Cellini line in general? My immediate thought is that I need a new leather strap as soon as it arrives!

I think it's a great dress watch!! I'm afraid I'd struggle to see it with gold hands and dial but it's still a gorgeous watch. I'd have to have something with more contrast.

I do like the white dial versions - but this was offered at a bargain. It will also match my DD40 which is also YG/Champagne/Romans.
