A Proper Introduction and my newest addition
Hello all. A few months ago I was finally able to join the prestigious club of Rolex ownership, I had not been a member of the forum for a very long time and most of my time on here was spent looking at 36mm threads trying to decide if it was too small.
By the time I finally pulled the trigger I just wanted to rush and post an incoming thread so I composed a short but sweet thread and felt good. Well now that I have had time to enjoy the variety of post instead of worrying about what watch to buy I have really come to appreciate the forum as a whole. The support of experts on questions, the friendship shared by many members with gift (some gag gifts) sent via mail, and the overwhelming support and praise for first time owners. For myself I am 28 with a wife and two children. I am a structural Engineer and have a wired hobby of collecting and refinishing cast iron pots and pans. My recent incoming and first Rolex was actually a gift from my wife for the birth of our new child (my newest addition). So as a part of my proper introduction I would like to share a special/ slightly shameless and also funny picture of my daughter Hannah with the watch that gifted to me at her birth.
