Osaka Recommendation?

Will be going to Osaka in the next few weeks, and obviously, some time will have to be spent on watch hunting.
Does anyone know any good shops for Patek and AP?

Any info would be appreciated.

Thanks

I know there's a couple Patek AD in Osaka near Namba station. One is directly in Namba station and the other is down shinsaibashi. I believe daimura department store. There are second hand shops dotting shinsaibashi such as Quark.

I live in Tokyo so don't know much about Osaka, but it seems there are three department stores and one retail AD in Osaka. They are Daimaru, Kintetsu, and Takashimaya department stores, and Nisshindo AD is at the Hilton Plaza. Not sure which ones have bigger watch collection though.

Thanks for the tips, will make sure to check those out.
I have been doing some research and making a list of interesting shops. Some of them are :

Shinsaibashi Tsuji shopping street
This street apparently has all those pre-owned shops like quark etc

Tokioka

Jubilee

JW Matsuda

daikokuya

If any are interesting, I will update this thread.

Thanks

Price is way too high to buy. Patek in Japan adjusted its price in late 2013 making it virtually expensive. You can check it out yourself. For example, 5712r is quoted at JPY 5,281,200 and all ADs there give you zero % discount. You get 8% tax deductible though.

Checking Rakuten, I find the prices to be very decent, actually - but not for the 5711.

Prices were better a few years ago when you got tax free and depending on where you were coming from, the exchange rate was in your favor. I wouldn't be making as many purchases at this moment because the exchange rate isn't in my favor any more.

Price was readjusted recently this year so check that out at AD.

Also don't recommend Rakuten or Amazon as they don't have any checks on stores. Lots of fakes.
