Did homemade chili again.

Changed it up by grilling some filets and cutting up, venison sausage, ground beef, fresh roasted tomatoes, spices and long simmer...not bad at all

Grilled ground sirloin with some fatty parts mixed in, sauted mushrooms in coconut oil and some Jamaican spice, Havarti cheese and fresh cilantro. Simple and a quick prep time, the wine was in there for overkill and it totally worked.

We had a lot of lamb over the festive period, roast and shanks but my fave was a good old biryani.

New Years Eve dinner, per moi...!
Bacalao frying in the pan, with a stew in the background...
A wholesome Antipasto for starters...
Followed by my traditional Vermicelli with anchovies...!
Gotta love this stuff...!!

Quickie tacos with leftover steak and pork. Inspired by G
Taste better than they look. Usually would add some cilantro and onion.

Fired up the XL tonight for a triple cook for dinner as well as leftovers for the week.

Cooked some 2" pork loin chops, chicken and bacon wrapped ABTs, and some garlic Parmesan wings.

Single digits and snowing again.
Some lean ground beef, turkey and hand made pork Italian Sausage with fresh herbs and spices

BIG meatballs

A trip through the broiler

And into a handmade red sauce to simmer for a few hours.

See you at serving time

Looks so good, guys! Been a while since I had good sushi, don't really fancy it during the winter so much.

A very fatty rib of beef.
