Timegrapher 1000: A Rolex Scratch Monster!
I have found it to be both enjoyable and insightful to put my Rolexes through their paces on a Timegrapher 1000 but have noted that even when taking special care, there can be some small scratches on the highly polished case when I remove the timepiece.
Has anyone figured out a way to protect their watches from this happening? Maybe some modification of the device's watch head cradle? Felt padding etc.? I tried a couple of things and thought it impaired the analytic function of the device perhaps because it altered the way the watch head sat on the microphone. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated! |

I put a polishing cloth under all mine. A thin one.
Never a scratch and stable results. |
