Apollo xvii 40th silver patch dial speedy
Hi guys
I have the chance of getting a brand new one of these. Does anyone have one ? Any thoughts? How rare or collectible might this be? Cheers |

Overall, this is one of the less popular Speedy LEs released in terms of collector desirability. They are relatively easy to find and do no command a premium, especially compared to other LEs. Movement and reliability are just as good as any of the other modern LE releases.
My personal recommendation would be to pick this up because you really like it and not for want of a higher resale in the near future. |

Sorry guys I mean the version which has the whole dial made of silver with the apollo engraving in silver all over the dial. It was released in 1972 pieces at end of 2012.

I think that was the one he was referring to, and still it is not very desirable.
