Thanks. This one was Japanese domestic market only I believe. Enamel dial, 39mm ish case, automatic. I've seen a bunch on the forums and they are easy enough to find via seiya or other websites.
With the red canvas strap and white dial it really pops. |

Here's another for you since waspy1 just opened the Grand Seiko door.
It fits the dresswatch bill but it's probably 6x the price of the Preasage posted above and so doesn't qualify as cheap (at least in the seiko universe where cheap is a few hundred dollar and definitely not thousands). |
