IMO, I do see a couple things that point to this watch being counterfeit, based on these pictures. More pictures would help.

personally (and I'm certainly no expert) I vote fake. At least a couple of things don't look correct, the font on the date wheel being the most obvious.

looks like the dw alignment is off. but please OP, if you really want people to help you, you need at least 10 more pictures at different angles with proper lighting and pictures of the movement. rolex is the most counterfeited watch in the world, some of the popular models are so close to genuine, it's almost impossible to tell without seeing the movement.
