This post is old but I'm hoping for some help. Had a "watch guy" tell me a Yacht Master second hand wouldn't work on my 16610 Submariner. Said it was a different type had?? Yours is a 116610 but I know I've seen other photos on the web of 16610's with a red second hand. I'd think it had to be 40mm Yacht Master hand.

I want to replace my DJ existing seconds hand, with a red one as you would see on the TOG model. With the blue face and roulette date wheel it will look great. I would like to order the hand in advance to minimize down time ad have an excellent watch maker and AD replace it.
