Pam 24 -- #259/1000

So, I don't know much about Pam's, other than that they are very neat looking. I was at my AD today though admiring some, and the AD made note to highlight a couple that were "rare finds" that they had just gotten in.

One was the Submersible 24. She said it was a limited production, #259/1000 I believe, and that it was not priced that much above normal for the comparable 25 model. The tagged price was $6300.

I don't know if this is a rare or sought after watch, but if anyone is interested then send me a PM and I'll provide you with any other info you want, such as the AD location and whatnot. I wouldn't be able to pick this up for myself at the moment, but I'll help the watch find a loving home to adopt it.

I did enjoy trying it on, though, with the rubber strap.

One of the things I do not like about AD's is when they fail to mention that it is a limited production of 1000 for that particular year only.

Agree !! ...well,I guess 1000/year is "limited" in a way. They also sell very quickly over here, which makes them "limited" ,in another way.

The letter designation on the serial number would indicate a specific year ie J would be 2007

x2, I agree based on the milestimation schedule
http://www.paneristi.com/reference/s...stimation.html

Still, very limited. Even total production runs over the years, there are way fewer Pannies out there than a single year run of Rollies
