Update: I went in and inquired about the watch, I asked why 16,000 price tag, and the guy looked at me like I was high, I pointed him in the direction and he unlocked the case and took out the watch and was like oh my no ignore this, the watch is actually $4200 I said oh okay more reasonable.

I was looking around a mall with a friend, stopped by the rolex ad there then to the used watch store selling rolexes. It said that a used tt blue submariner price was $15,650 and was discounted to 8k. I asked about the original price being 15k and they said yeah that's the original price and gave me a bad look. We were steps away from an ad selling the same watch, new, for 13k.
