so EU folks can go to their AD and buy parts?

i heard that in europe customers can go to AD and buy parts for their rolex is that true? if it is why dont i see gen parts from these guys on ebay? i have been looking for bezel insert for my gmt for a while now and cant find anything but the cheap ones from the bay :(

Yes that is pretty true, and we don;t have to exchange our old parts when the new one arrives. We get to keep both!

Here in the UK it is getting harder by the month though - Rolex is starting to insist that any work done on the 'sports' line-up is sent to the Bexley SC and any dress (DD, Datejust, Date etc..) watches can be worked on by the AD's on-site watchmaker (I do not know the reasoning behind this).

yep thats right... i have a good contact at an AD where i can buy any rolex part... for example i bought inserts for my gmtII... now thinking about getting a jubilee bracelet for it...

why dont i sell them on ebay? simple cause i dont want to abuse the relationship with the AD i have... just in order to make a few pounds selling parts...

That is why they call us euroweenies, we sit in the corner and cry until the AD sell us some parts.

When I got those I got a kleenex too.
